Our refund and returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If an issue occurs with your product, even after 30 days, please send an email to robert (at) silversuncandleco.com.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If determined to be a defective product and the fault of Silversun Candle Co., a refund of the buyer’s shipping costs will be given.
Candles may only be returned if less than 25% burned. Candles more than 25% burned will be refunded according to the discretion of Silversun Candle Co.
To complete your return, simply send an email to robert (at) silversuncandleco.com. A description of the problem or photos of the product are greatly appreciated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days. It can take the bank or card company several days for the refund to post back, but usually within ten (10) business days. If your approved refund still has not appeared please send an email.
